Its essential interiors do not yield to the lure of the country style, but work with citations rather than recreating the country environment. Suspended plant pots descend from the top of the structure and mineral water is served at the tables by means of flexible pipes, like those generally used for irrigation.

The Commissary is not a strictly vegetarian restaurant, but always allows you to choose whether or not to eat certain foods. The menu, totally unconventional, presents the dishes by the illustration of their main ingredient. The choice between corn, carrots, figs or spaghetti should be an act of faith towards the chef. It is absolutely forbidden to ask for any additional information! Surprising eccentric are also the range of drinks: instead of wine and alcohol, drinks of natural blueberry or melon are offered. The Commissary is a small urban oasis of peace, a club open to the public seven days a week that winks at the farms and the work in the fields.
